At Lenqor, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’ve created a flexible and transparent return policy.

Products can be returned if they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Items such as clearance goods, consumables, or customized designs are non-returnable. All return requests must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.

To begin, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without this number, we cannot process your return. After receiving the product, our quality team will review the condition and confirm approval. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Refunds may be subject to deductions such as return shipping, restocking fees, or handling charges. In rare cases of banking delays, check with your provider before contacting our team.

Exchanges are available if you’d like to swap for another item or variant. If the item you want is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

When returning, please package the product carefully—ideally in the original box with all manuals and accessories—and mark the RA number clearly on the outside. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. Unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
